New Addition: Timothy Jon Lamb
TonyArgentucky Blues is pleased to announce a new addition to the group Timothy Jon Lamb. Timothy's Energetic, bluesy grooves, driving rhythms, deep soulful leads, finesse and feel are words that have been used to describe Timothy's style of guitar playing. "Tim is not only a great soloist, but a really good singer. Most importantly, he is an astute listener, and he always puts the music first, ahead of ego gratification or showing off. I really can't say enough good things about Tim's musicianship and legit blues chops and feeling". Alan Paul Senior Editor Guitar World

All I can say is OMG!!! What a night we had having Robert Penn as our featured artist. We brought the house at Blackstone's last night, Charles David Stuart on Percussion, Johnny King on bass, Timothy Jon Lamb on Guitar and Robert Penn front and center it doesn't get any better than that. It was a beautiful night and it was a packed house, even the outdoor patio area was standing room only but not one complaint as everyone enjoyed the old skool dirty blues all night long.

Stay tuned because Argentucky Blues has allot more exciting things to come like Robert Penn being our front man on certain shows as well as other shows including the smokin' hot vocals from Gracie Thomas (Gracie Thomas Experience), James Wicker and lets not forget keyboardist extrodenaire Ronnie Robinson!!!. Every show we do will never be the same as we continue to create a whole new experience keeping you guessing what we are going to do next!!!

Next we move on to Downtown Flint, MI to play at Blackstone's Bar & Grill we hope to see you there.

About Argentucky Blues
Argentucky Blues
Bassist Johnny Michael King of Argentine Michigan had a vision in the summer of 2005, but he knew it would take some time and patience to put all the right pieces of the puzzle together. John had been touring the previous 3 summers with a blues band that was fun, but the music was just not the style he felt burning in his soul. He knew right from the start he would recruit his cousin Charles David Stuart on percussion--not only because of his playing ability, but also because Charles' love for the blues was the same as his (maybe even more).

Lead Vocalist Johnny Mac was recommended to Johnny by a friend so Johnny and his wife Sara headed down to Hell, MI to give him a listen. Johnny and Sara were blown away by his deep, soulful and very powerful vocals and knew within the very first song he was the one. Guitarist Timothy Jon Lamb long time friend and a old high skool friend was a perfect fit with his energetic, bluesy grooves, driving rhythms, deep soulful leads, finesse and feel are words that have been used to describe Timothy's style of guitar playing.

TAKE A LISTEN AND SEE WHAT YOU THINK.
